We currently use a mixture of Evri, Royal Mail and DPD to ensure that the Royal Mail strike actions have as minimal effect as possible on delivery times.
Estimates given below are inclusive of dispatch time. Example, a product takes 1-3 working days to be made/personalised for you then if you choose "standard" delivery a further 2-3 working days transit time taking the total to (5-7 days).
- UK - All Mainland parcels will be shipped via Royal Mail.
- Standard - (5-7 days) £3.95
- Express - (2-3 days) £6.95
- Premium - Royal Mail 24 (Next Day if ordered pre 12pm*) (Not Currently Available due to ongoing strike actions)
- FREE on orders over £70 - (5-7 days)
- We ship all international parcels via Royal Mail.
- Standard - Royal Mail Airmail (7-14 days) £7.95
- Tracked - Royal Mail Priority (7- 10 days) £14.95
*Subject to stock availability, if you choose this option and stock is not available we will email you to let you know and advise what the best option we can do for you is.
We hope you fall in love with your order, however, if you are not completely satisfied you have 28 days to return your item in its original, unused condition.
- If you have received a return from within your parcel, please follow the instructions and pop it into your return parcel.
- Alternatively, if you haven't received a return form please contact us; firstname.lastname@example.org and we will send you one over along with your returns authorisation.
- We regret we are unable to accept returns on our custom and personalised items, unless we have made a mistake/error on our part or if the item is damaged. We also cannot accept returns on custom or personalised items due to incorrect sizes, we have provided a size guide to ensure that your item fits correctly and if you are still unsure before purchase we ask that you to contact us for our team to advise.
- In the unfortunate event that a personalised product has an error or is damaged we can only offer an exchange.
- Please post your goods back to us within 28 days of placing the order, we will notify you once received and issue your refund via your original method of payment.
- Please note that we will only refund the cost of the item and not the original delivery charge.
